Frequently asked questions

How do I play?

Your character runs on its own. Tap the screen to jump. In the air, hold your finger down and the nearest gravity well pulls you in; let go and you fly off with the speed you've built up. With no well nearby, holding repeats the jump every time you land.

Are there ads?

No. Arcimals has no ads and never will.

Does it work offline?

Yes. You can play without an internet connection and without creating an account.

What is free and what does the purchase include?

The whole first world, Sylvania, is free. A single one-time purchase, the Founder’s Pack, opens the rest of the four worlds and brings Nimbus and Brumo: no subscriptions and no paid currency. The other characters and the coats are unlocked with the coins you earn as you play.

I changed phones or reinstalled the game. How do I get my purchase back?

Sign in with the same Google Play or Apple account you bought it with and tap Restore purchase on the game's purchase screen. You are not charged again.

Do I lose my progress if I delete the app?

Yes. Progress, coins and settings are stored on your device, so uninstalling the game deletes them. Your purchase is not lost: get it back with "Restore purchase".

How do I ask for a refund?

Payments are handled by the stores, and we have no access to them. On Android, from your Google Play order history. On iPhone or iPad, from reportaproblem.apple.com.

The game is slow or stutters

Close other apps and try the lightest graphics profile in Settings → Graphics. If it keeps happening, write to us with your device model and the level.
